We all want health, happiness, and inner peace and we want it now. While you can change your mind in an instant, the secret to living a totally blissed out life is your daily commitment to it. Today we’re sharing our top 5 tips to help you stay committed and get you on the fast track to health, happiness, and an insanely high vibe life.
5 SIMPLE TRICKS TO FAST-TRACK HEALTH, HAPPINESS & AN INSANELY HIGH VIBE LIFE
1. Practice Gratitude
We talk about this a lot. If you want to find happiness, find gratitude. When you open your heart to unconditional gratitude and appreciation for what you already have, you will unconsciously attract even more to be grateful for. Therefore get into the habit of a daily gratitude practice. An easy way to do this is to infuse a simple gratitude exercise into in your morning routine. Every morning before even opening your eyes, silently say three things you are grateful for. Simple as that. They can be as small or as big as you’d like.
2. Find Your Thing
What’s the one thing that all healthy people have in common? It’s not a spiritual guru on speed-dial, a personal trainer, the perfect diet or a million dollars, it’s a practice, a thing, an outlet, a self-renewing compulsion, a practice they enjoy consistently. Something that they go to when they feel stressed, overwhelmed, or when shit hits the fan (yes, even the healthiest of healthy can feel like crap, the trick is they know how to get back to their bliss).
Mine is yoga, yours may be running, or meditation, or painting, or baking, but you have to find it and practice it everyday. It might take a little while to find what works for you, so start your search today. What brings you joy? What have you been dying to try? What lights you up?
Curiosity is divine guidance (your inner alchemist speaking up), so if you feel an inkling to try yoga for the first time or start something totally new, explore it further! It might just be your thing.

3. Drink More Water
There are no excuses for not drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day. We are lucky enough to live in a place where we have access to clean drinking water so utilize it! Drinking more water can add years to your life. Bring a reusable water bottle to work or stop at your local waterfall.
4. Daily Movement
Exercising on the regular not only helps prevent disease, but also gives you more energy, improves your mood, and helps you sleep better. Exercise shouldn't feel like a chore or something that has to be checked off your to do list. It should be a priority and an activity that you enjoy. Find some type of physical activity you absolutely love doing. Whatever that is – if you love it – you’ll stick with it. Sweat it out at yoga, try 20 minutes of tabata, go for a run, walk, stretch, get active and m o v e.
5. Nourish Yourself With Nature
A high vibe diet is the foundation for high vibe health. An easy way to up the vibe — eat your greens. Leafy green vegetables, especially dark leafy greens are more nutrient dense than any other food group. Greens are incredibly alkalizing and contain high amounts calcium, magnesium, iron, potassium, phosphorous, zinc, and vitamins A, C, E and K, proteins, fiber, folic acid as well as many other micronutrients and phytochemicals. We highly suggest doing a food-based cleanse (loaded with green veggie goodness and high vibe nutrition knowledge), to kick things off.
