Link Love From Across The Interweb:

101 Things to do in Los Angeles because when in California.

Our dad celebrated his birthday this month (happy bday dad + fellow April babies!) so we made him this cake. Although ours didn’t look nearly as pretty as the one in the pics, it tasted absolutely amazing, quite possibly even better than the original because we added peanut butter, always a plus.

“There’s who you are. And then, there’s who you want to be. In between, there’s a gap that might feel very wide, or very small, depending on what’s going on in your life and the choices you make in response.” Alexandra Franzen on  how to close the gap.

And Alexandra Franzen again with more sound advice. (We love her.)

Kate Horodyski for The Numinous on guilty pleasures: “I don’t have any because I never feel guilty about my pleasures.” Yes. Yes. Yes.

Tweet it Out: Mouthful of love, not guilty pleasures. “Because I never feel guilty about my pleasures.” 💋 #thedailyalchemy

This is very impressive.

Currently crushing on this woman and these words.

Peace cloud herbal tea for when balance is disturbed. (Also, love their packaging so so much.)

Basically everything this woman writes. “You’re cosmic. You are winged with light. And that means you have the power to get where you want to go, to see what’s really going on in a situation, to make excellent decisions. Honour your humanness, assume your divinity.”

It’s no surprise that this is one of our absolute favorite podcasts ever.

Speaking of podcasts, Kathryn Budig was recently on The School of Greatness with Lewis Howes and it was gold as expected. Definitely give this a listen. Also on that note, we are 100% confident that we’re going to love this book.
