Make your tiny fridge feel twice as big: 11 brilliant hacks to maximize fridge and freezer space. Some of these are so good!

“Neither the voice nor the man can be explained in one paragraph or in any combination of words. He is essence of, manifestation of, emanation of . . . and his vitality, his magic and his integrity cannot be articulated in electronic swipes of ink on a papyrus of light particles captured on a computer screen. So we invite you to feel his work through what you sense reading these words and listening to the sound bites, which can no more adequately capture his voice than words can portray the man.” Tunes for total relaxation.

I could not put this down. Love Warrior by Glennon Doyle Melton is a MUST. “Every girl must decide whether to be true to herself or true to the world. Every girl must decide to settle for adoration or fight for love."

Still obsessing over this woman. Here she is on Oprah and the School of Greatness podcast with Lewis Howes.

You can't get comfortable (from the inside out). You feel tight, constricted, your heart rate increased. You stand up, you sit down, pace a little. You're consumed. We get it, so do all these other people. You have anxiety. And it’s nothing to be afraid of.

The coconut goddess.

Put down your phone and get back to your life. Experience real life in real time. This app automatically tracks how much you use your tech. If you’re using your phone too much (you decide how much is too much), you can set daily limits on yourself and be notified when you go over. You can even force yourself off your device when you’re over your limit. We love this app (my social media free boyfriend is also a huge fan because it keeps me off my phone!).

Speaking of tech, here’s what it feels like to be the last generation to remember life before the internet. Lines we loved: “When you wake up, you have this gift of a blank brain. You could fill it with anything. But for most of us, we have this kind of panic. Instead of wondering what should I do, we wonder what did I miss. It’s almost like our unconsciousness is a kind of failure and we can’t believe we’ve been offline for eight hours”. And,“So it’s like if a tweet gets retweeted a couple of hundred times, that must mean that my thoughts are worthy. If my Facebook photo is ‘liked,’ that must mean I am good looking. One of the things that concerns me about a media diet that is overly online, is that we lose the ability to decide for ourselves what we think about who we are.”

As soon I get back to LA I am booking myself a massage. Look at the place, seriously?!

We love Liz Gilbert and her radical honesty about love.

We also love Sakara’s insider’s guide to Boston. To this we would add a sweaty yoga sesh with our favorite Boston based instructors, Renee LeBlanc (Backbay Yoga) and Adena Muncey (Equinox).

Boston based Alkalites - if you’re in the city on Saturday October 1st, TWO amazing events are happening. First is Rob Bell’s How To Be Here Experience, and later in the evening, Gabby Bernstein’s The Universe Has Your Back book tour event. Both will be amazing.

“The capacity to lock on to a dream and tune out distractions is the difference between an idea and an empire.” Desire queen Danielle LaPorte drops 5 pointers for developing freedom-based creativity and work habits. Which is to say, you’ve got to dissolve guilt and rock your own rhythm.

Our Canadian BFF and partner in crime at Love Bomb Bootcamp, Reanne Derkson, is writing a book and it's UH-MAZ-ING. Follow her at Littlefoolbook for true (& LOL-worthy) stories about growing up GIRL in a culture where beauty reigns supreme.

A hilarious quick read recounting the gloating auto away message. “On Thu, Apr 23, 2015 at 2:10 PM, Rumara wrote: OUT OF OFFICE: Hi there. Thanks so much for your e-mail. When I said “working remotely, in and out of frequent meetings,” what I meant was that I’m actually going to be away on a family vacation, which means that I don’t have to pay for anything — especially not dinner — but I will be frequently scolded if I’m seen with my phone. So, while I will be *checking* e-mails, I’ll be doing so infrequently, and I’ll only answer the easy ones. Have a great day!”

More hilariousity because this is a 1000 percent accurate description of Erika (who recently celebrated her 25th year on the planet!!).

And another birthday shoutout to our very beautiful momma. <3
