The Perfect Diet

The perfect diet is the diet that works for you, uniquely you. It’s not restrictive or stressful. It’s not what’s trending at the moment or what your friends eat. 

It takes some time to figure out. 

It changes, it’s flexible, and it’s constantly evolving. 

The perfect diet is the one that makes you feel good—long term. It’s eating what you want when you want it and even more so, eating what you enjoy. 

My best diet advice, tune in. Tune into your body, it will tell you what’s working and what’s not.
