Father’s Day is just around the corner and If you’re anything like us, and prefer presence over presents, make this raw vegan peanut butter shake with peanut butter crumbles and raw chocolate magic sauce to enjoy with your dad, or the main man in your life. Your guy will love you forever.

This shake is beyond good. Erika actually cut the photoshoot short so she could dig into it. It’s super easy to make (doesn’t even require a blender!), completely vegan, and surprisingly healthy. Dessert for breakfast anyone?

Raw Vegan Peanut Butter Shake With Peanut Butter Crumbles and Raw Chocolate Magic Sauce
Makes: 1 serving

Raw Vegan Peanut Butter Shake:
2 frozen bananas
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp oats
1 tsp vanilla
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk or filtered water (we used water cause we were out of nutmilk and it worked beautifully!)

Raw Chocolate Magic Sauce:
1 ½ tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp melted coconut oil

Peanut Butter Cookie Crumbles:
4 tbsp oat flour
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp chopped peanuts
pinch salt
½ tsp vanilla
1 tbsp maple syrup

Directions:
In a small bowl, combine all of the Raw Chocolate Magic Sauce ingredients, mix well & set aside. You will have leftover chocolate sauce but honestly, that isn’t a bad problem to have. Next, make the Peanut Butter Cookie Crumble by combining the Peanut Butter Cookie Crumble ingredients in a small bowl. Mix with a fork until it starts to stick together. When it starts to form, set aside (you can stick this in the fridge if you want). To make the Shake, combine all Shake ingredients In a food processor (we have not tried this recipe using a blender but that would probably work as well). Process until smooth, creamy, ice cream like consistency. Pour shake into serving bowl or cup, top with cookie crumbles and chocolate sauce. You can even get fancy and do a chocolate swirl along your glass before scooping in the shake and layering your cookie crumbs.

Make this now.

But don’t keep it to yourself. Share this post with everyone you know.

Happy Father’s Day, peanuts!
